Wow! Time has been running! A lot has changed and happened since our travels in New Zealand in 2015. The best is our wonderful, healthy and beautiful daughter Mireya Brave. But here are the photos and comments about our travels on the north island.

Our ferry ride from Picton to Wellington was pretty windy and rough. Since we both have been to Wellington before, we continued our travels and drove on the same day to Napier. Around Napier are a couple of great wineries and we tasted some great reds. In Taupo we found a Mc Donalds with an airplane and a bed for the night. On the way to Rotorua we had a bath in a hot creek and continued our travels to our friends home. We spent a couple of nights with our friends Jeannie, Alistair and Mark in Mount Maunganui and area. We also celebrated Maett's 29th birthday. In Auckland we had a wonderful couple of days with our dear friend Amy and her family.

Eusi Fährifahrt vo Picton uf Wellington isch zimli stürmig und wällig gsi. Will mir beidi vorher scho mal z'Wellington gsi sind, sind mir direkt wiitergfahre bis uf Napier. Um Napier häts äs paar sehr gueti Wiigüeter und mir händ äs paar feini roti Wii probiert. In Taupo händ mir än Mc Donalds mitemä Flugi und äs Bett fürd Nacht gfundä. Ufem Wäg nach Rotorua händ mir na imenä heissä Fluss badät und sind nacher wiiter zu eusnä Fründä. Mir händ idä Gegänd vo Mount Maunganui Zyt mit eusnä Fründä Jeannie, Alistair und Mark verbracht. Au händ mir na am Maett sin 29. Geburtstag gfiiret. In Auckland händ mir dän na äs paar wunderschöni Täg mit euserä Fründin Amy und ihrerä Familiä verbracht.
